Ronning Against Cancer’s tempo run on the track (5 × 1000m) on Friday, January 3rd 2014 !!! Go to Paris Marathon 2014…Great motivation and wellness!!!!

Are you ready for the first workout on the track in 2014? Let’s go !!!

1)      Warm up : 6 km in 29’

2)      Tempo run on the track : 5 × 1000 m
-         1000m in 3’32’’
-         1000m in 3’28’’
-         1000m in 3’29’’
-         1000m in 3’30’’
-         1000m in 3’29’’

3)      Cooldown run : 1 km in 6’


The weather is windy, but really nice to run with well-being ;-)
